Refund policy

At Ridwan Fragrances, we strive to deliver premium-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully:

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

• After 12 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Return & Replacement

• We accept returns or replacements only for defective or damaged products.

• To qualify for a replacement, customers must record an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened. This is necessary to verify the damage or defect.

• Without a proper unboxing video, the replacement request may not be accepted.

Refund Process

• Once your return or replacement request is approved, refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours.

• The credited amount will reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes/attars cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless proven defective as per the above conditions.
